customer says"They came to my place and took £250 for just bringing chemical and pouring in the toilet, even went to buy the chemical and got lost for good few hours and billed that hours as a working to us, but when I justified that they should be bringing their own chemical the bill was reduced. They couldn't resolve the problem and neither tell us what the problem was. Thank you!"
Vijay S.Gungabissoon says"I instructed JLC Gas to install 2 central heating system and provide me with gas and electric certificates. During installations of GCHeatlg one engineer goes to do the certificates. He fails the boiler and disconnect the cooker as being unsafe. Cost £1400 to replace boiler. Following morning I receive a call from the resident downstairs that there was a disturbing leak from the ceiling. Cost £518 to repair leaks from cistern, stopcock and bath which was blocked with debris that the workers try to flush down the bath. Electric cost £200 for failure certificate. Cost to make good quoted at £1392. I wised up by then. I got the work done for £535 by someone else. Boilers needed to be registered for warranty. Barry removed the phone numbers from the boiler, There is a young trainee with them. Mind boggles at the quality of training he is getting. I have 2 more central heating systems to be installed and need a couple more landlord gas and electric certificates. JLC has lost my custom. Extremely poor service."

Ashley says"I'd like to give JLC Gas a high rating but unfortunately they weren't actually able to conclude the issue. After several call-outs and a replacement of a part, we were still having issues with our boiler and the engineers were unable to find out what the issue was. The engineers were very friendly and informative, and the company were quite responsive with the call-outs, it's just a shame I had to contact a different company in order to solve the issue."
